It is either too soon for an article on this actress/model, or it is an attempted promotion. I can find no significant coverage and she only appears in typical film directories and model associations. Delete: The subject only appears to have acted in non-notable productions, so I think she fails WP:NACTOR, and she probably doesn't meet the threshold for WP:GNG either. I'll defer to others on her notability as a model. As for whether she has won awards, she won a best-dressed award at a function, but I hardly think the article could have been referring to that: http://www.hirunews.lk/entertainment/150671/hiruth-ekka-naththal-2016-star-studded-event-that-shone-during-xmas-exclusive-photos.
